THE top brass at Scottish Hydro Energy Transmission (SHETL) are facing a couple of delicate meetings with unhappy islanders over the next couple of weeks, following their recent announcement that the completion dates for interconnector cables to the Orkneys and Shetlands are being delayed by two years to 2018.
