Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has won a 301MW order for two twin wind projects in the US state of Oklahoma from Canadian power producer TransAlta Corporation.
The OEM will supply 33 of its V162-6.0MW turbines and one V136-3.45MW machine to the White Rock East array, as well as 16 of its V162.6.0MW turbines and one V136.3.45MW machine to the White Rock West development.
