Vestas and Ukrainian energy firm DTEK at the COP28 climate summit in Dubai have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to build out the 384MW expansion of the Tyligulska wind project near the frontline of the war-torn country.
The agreement outlines the conditions for constructing the second phase of what is slated to be the largest wind farm in Ukraine.
