The confidential settlement ends legal action in Denmark and India in connection with Norremark and two Indian companies, Vestas said today.
Recharge reported as far back as 2013 that the dispute focused around the role of Norremark in an R&D exercise called ‘Project Dragon’ and alleged attempts to buy turbines from Chinese competitors.
Vestas claimed that the former CFO “significantly exceeded his powers” in relation to agreements made in India.
