Canadian utility Northland Power and Polish refiner PKN Orlen have confirmed their order of Vestas turbines for their joint 1.2GW Baltic Power offshore wind project in Poland.
Vestas is contracted to supply, install, and commission 76 of its V236-15.0MW turbines, the latest and largest in its line-up, for the project some 23km off the Baltic Sea coast near Łeba.
