Danish wind turbine maker Vestas has won big wind turbine orders in Greece and the Netherlands with a combined capacity of more than 220MW.
Terna Energy has ordered 40 of the OEM’s V105-3.45MW turbines for its 144MW Karystia wind project in the Greek prefecture of Evia, which will be delivered in a 3.6MW power mode, and come with a 10-year service agreement.
