The Danish company said the Consumers Energy order is for a US project, and that it would make an announcement when the order is “firm and unconditional”.
Gestamp Wind has ordered 13 V100-1.8MW turbines for its Punta Lima project in Puerto Rico, Vestas says. The order includes a five-year service and availability agreement.
Deliveries are expected to begin before the end of 2011.
