Vestas completes €88m Availon purchase to grow O&M business

Following the approval from all relevant authorities, Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has completed its €88m ($95.7m) acquisition of Germany-based Availon, one of Europe's leading independent wind service providers.

Availon has about 400 staff and more than 2.6GW under its care
