Vestas on the heels of the integration of its former MHI Vestas subsidiary into the parent company, as well as the 15MW platform launched today, is expecting a return to profits in offshore this year and a further improvement towards 2025, chief financial officer Marika Fredriksson told Recharge.
The Danish wind turbine manufacturer while posting a rising net profit last year, had reported a €92m net loss at its offshore joint-venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI).
