On 7 November Cuxhaven-based PNE announced Ventizz had lost its appeal in a long-simmering legal scuffle related to the sale of Danish rotor-blade specialist SSP Technologies.
Subsequent to its €34.5m ($47m) purchase of SSP Technologies, Ventizz claimed PNE had concealed key facts about the company’s financial health. The Düsseldorf-based firm sued PNE for the €34.5m purchase price as well as additional reimbursement expenses of nearly €20m.
