Ventizz buys PNE's Nautilus 2, embraces offshore wind

German private-equity firm Ventizz has purchased the early-stage Nautilus 2 offshore wind farm from Germany’s PNE Wind, only days after unsuccessfully exhausting its legal options against PNE in a dispute dating back three years.
