Vattenfall starts development work on UK's 1.8GW Norfolk Vanguard

Sweden's Vattenfall has announced the start of development work on the 1.8GW Norfolk Vanguard project, one of two giant offshore wind farms it may build in the former East Anglia zone off eastern England.
