Vanguard WindFloat 1 heading back to harbour for decommissioning

The pioneering WindFloat 1 (WF1) floating turbine will be towed back to port this summer for decommissioning, completing a five-year demonstration campaign off the coast of Portugal in which it generated nearly 17GWh.
