US Wind has informed Maryland utility regulators that it now estimates a 2023 commercial operation date (COD) for first phase of the MarWin offshore project, rather than 2021.
Separately, the developer intends to submit a Construction and Operations Plan (COP) for the full capacity of its entire lease area off the state's coast to the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in February.
