US offers ROW grant for Block Island offshore wind project

The US Interior Department has offered a right-of-way (ROW) grant in federal waters to developer Deepwater Wind for a submerged transmission cable system that will link its planned pilot 30MW Block Island offshore wind farm with the mainland.
