US issues ROW grant for Deepwater offshore pilot power line

The US Interior Department has issued a right-of-way (ROW) grant to developer Deepwater Wind for a submerged transmission cable system in federal waters that will link its planned pilot 30MW Block Island offshore wind farm with the mainland.
