US industrial source CO2 emissions decline again in 2015

Greenhouse gas emissions in 2015 from large industrial sources – accounting for half of the nation’s total carbon pollution – declined 4.9% from the previous year and were 8.2% lower than 2011, according to federal Environmental Protection Agency data.
