Update: Relief for TenneT from German offshore link proposals

Suppliers of equipment for wind farms and power lines in the German North Sea face intensified scrutiny over delays, after Berlin unveiled proposals aimed at resolving thorny liability questions — easing the pressure on embattled transmission system operator (TSO) TenneT.
