Mammoet bought the remaining 50% of the shares in KR Wind from Danish Enggaard Group, with which it launched KR Wind as a joint venture in 2002. The deal closed 10 January, Recharge has learned.
In a news release today, Mammoet states: “the combination of KR Wind’s profound knowledge and experience on the execution of wind turbine projects and Mammoet’s extensive and well-reputed network and resources worldwide is a huge benefit to KR Wind and Mammoet’s present and future business partners”.
