In a letter sent Monday to BPU President Dianne Solomon and four other commissioners, the developer says in light of recent developments it “remains at a total loss” why the two sides are not engaged in serious negotiations “concerning what Board Staff’s remaining concerns might be, and how Fishermen’s Atlantic City Windfarm can attempt to address them.”

“It is inconsistent with a government regulatory process for FACW to continue to attempt to guess at these concerns, a continual moving target, without the benefit of real negotiation,” the letter says.
