The UK’s Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has issued notices to project company Moray Offshore Windfarm East and contractor Deme Offshore warning of safety breaches during planning for the 950MW Moray East development off Scotland.

A HSE spokesperson confirmed to Recharge that two safety improvement notices had been issued – one against Deme for not having a suitable emergency response plan (ERP) in place and the other against Moray Offshore Windfarm East for not having arrangements in place for assessing the contractor's ERP.
