UK GIB and BlackRock buy 194MW of offshore wind assets

The UK Green Investment Bank (GIB) has returned to the market for offshore wind assets, this time in conjunction with US investment group BlackRock, to buy the 194MW Lynn and Inner Dowsing projects in a £423m ($614m) deal.
