TenneT tables reforms 'to make German offshore links possible'

Dutch-owned German transmission system operator (TSO) TenneT says that it “is no longer possible” to build the grid connections needed to connect offshore wind farms in the North Sea, and is proposing several changes to Germany’s regulatory and planning framework.
