TenneT commissions admin work for 1.4GW in Dutch offshore links

Dutch transmission system operator TenneT has commissioned a consortium of consultancies Arcadis and Pondera Consult to guide administrative processes preparing for 1.4GW in grid connections for the Borssele area off the Dutch coast.
