Ten US states sign Atlantic offshore wind development deal

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar and governors of 10 East Coast states have signed a memorandum of understanding that creates an Atlantic Offshore Wind Energy Consortium to promote the efficient, orderly and responsible development of wind resources on the US Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).
