The new operations and maintenance (O&M) base for the giant Dogger Bank wind farm off Britain is being built to be net zero, in line with the UK Green Building Council code.

The 3,400m2 facility, conceived of by international design practice Ryder Architecture, is being constructed in the Port of Tyne, in northeast England, using low carbon materials and featuring a rooftop PV array for power generation, as well as EV charging points for staff and visitors’ low emissions vehicles.
