Nordex has won an order by Finnish investor Exilion Tuuli Ky for the Isokangas and Palokangas wind projects in northern Finland that have a combined capacity of 100MW.

The German OEM is slated to deliver and install 17 of its 163/5.X turbines to the projects in the spring of 2024, which will be supplied in a cold-climate version.

“We are very pleased that Exilion - Finland's largest wind power producer - has chosen us to supply our onshore technology,” Nordex chief sales officer Patxi Landa said.
