A strong majority of New Jersey voters would like to see the state kick-start its stalled offshore wind market, according to a new survey, ahead of a gubernatorial election that could dramatically reshape the market’s prospects.
In a poll conducted in recent weeks by Fairleigh Dickinson University, 73% of registered New Jersey voters surveyed said they support offshore wind development off their state’s coastline.
