The German wind equipment group will deliver 21 of its N90/2500 machines to Baillie, which is 80%-owned by the Norwegian utility.
The deal – which is Nordex’s first with Statkraft – includes a five-year service and maintenance agreement.
Baillie, located in the Caithness region in the north of Scotland, is due to be completed in 2013.
Nordex says the 21 turbines will be sited on 65-metre towers to comply with local tip-height restrictions of 110 metres.
