Statkraft to acquire majority stake in Brazilian RE company

Statkraft through its Brazilian subsidiary will become majority owner in Desenvix Energias Renovaveis by acquiring a 36.85% stake in the renewable energy project owner and operator from Jackson Empreenimentos.
