Earlier this week the UK’s Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) stuck to plans for a 10% cut to onshore wind subsidies under its Renewable Obligation Certificate (ROC) scheme, but signalled that the level could change during 2014.
The industry had hoped for a pledge lasting until 2017, when the ROC scheme will be replaced.
