E.ON and Siemens have partnered on several US wind projects in the past, including the 124MW Forest Creek and 126MW Champion projects, both also in Texas.
Delivery of turbines at Papalote Creek II is expected to begin in May, and the wind farm will be commissioned in autumn 2010. Siemens will provide maintenance and service for two years.
