Siemens Gamesa shortly after acknowledging problems in the Indian market has won a firm order to supply local energy provider Adani Green Energy with 473MW in wind turbines for one of India’s largest wind power projects.
The German-Spanish OEM will supply 215 of its SG 2.2-122 machines for the project in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan. The order includes supply, installation, and pre-commissioning.
