Siemens: Don't count Mexican wind out

Solar will perform strongly in Mexico’s second and upcoming renewables auction, following its domination of the first one, but wind will come roaring back in the country, predicts Jacob Andersen, chief executive for onshore Americas at Siemens Wind Power.
