Oil major Shell, Belgian contractor Deme and French developer Quadran Énergies Marines have formed an industrial partnership called “Moulins de Flandre” to bid in the recently started tender for the about 500MW Dunkirk zone in the English Channel off France.

French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe last week had officially launched the long awaited call for tender the result of which is slated to be announced during the second half of next year.
