The companies last week citing market volatility called off a larger private placement of 46% of Senvion's capital at a share price of €20-23-50 ($22.49-26.43).
Instead Centerbridge and Arpwood now want to carry out a placement in the range of €15.50-17 of up to 28.75% of Senvion shares.
The selling shareholders are offering up to 18,687,500 million shares in the private placement: a base offer of 16,250,000 million shares, and an additional 2,437,500 shares to cover potential over-allotments.
