Germany-based wind turbine manufacturer Senvion is open to talks with potential investors, the company’s vice president for communication, Immo von Fallois, told Recharge.

“And by now we are carrying out good talks,” von Fallois said.

But he denied market rumours that conversations with a potential buyer include Korean conglomerate Samsung.

Senvion’s main shareholder, US private equity fund Centerbridge Partners, declined to comment.
