Senvion said the agreement covers the product portfolio, inventory and service operation of Kenersys India, as well as the nacelle hall in Baramati, which it said has the potential for further expansion and gives it "a ready home for production" in the country.
Kenersys India has 220MW installed in India “with some of the large local key clients”, said Senvion, which will fund the undisclosed purchase price from its existing balance sheet.
