French energy agency Ademe awarded the payment of support to the EolMed project led by French developer Quadran in the Gruissan zone in the Mediterranean, which it says will be made up of four turbines.
The pilot wind farm, with Senvion as preferred supplier, is slated to be installed and commissioned in 2020, the turbine OEM said.
