Sempra buys control of Mexico's 252MW Ventika wind complex

Infraestructura Energetica Nova (IEnova), the Mexican unit of California-based Sempra Energy, agreed to buy the operating 252MW Ventika wind farm from Fisterra Energy, a unit of investment fund Blackstone, for a total of $852m.
