The second 496MW French offshore project led by utility Engie - Dieppe Le Tréport in the English Channel - finally also got closer to construction after gaining maritime use and environmental permits from the Normandie Prefecture on Feb. 26.

Developer Eoliennes en Mer Dieppe Le Tréport (EMDT) – a consortium between Engie and Portuguese utility EDPR, as well as Japan’s Sumitomo Corp.
