Samsung picks Scotland to launch 7MW offshore turbine

Korea’s Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) has revealed it will bring a 7MW offshore wind turbine to market in the second half of the decade – and plans to establish a manufacturing base at Methil, eastern Scotland.
