RWE shrinks Atlantic Array to soften visual impact concerns

RWE has slashed the number of turbines it intends to use at its Round 3 Atlantic Array offshore wind farm by more than 30% – and may cut even further – to mitigate concerns regarding the visual and environmental impact.
