Romanian developer claims Sinovel 1.2GW deal is invalid

A deal signed by Chinese firm Sinovel to develop up to 1.2GW of wind farms in Romania cannot go ahead, claims local developer Eolica Dobrogea (ED), which says it still owns the rights to the projects.
