Progression Energy eyes 400MW floating wind project off Hawaii

US developer Progression Energy plans a 400MW floating wind project in the Pacific Ocean off the state of Hawaii, joining a list of companies interested in the concept for western states in federal waters that are too deep for conventional foundation technology.
