Green power and oil giants Iberdrola and TotalEnergies will link to bid in Norway’s milestone first tender for fixed-foundation and floating offshore wind.
Global renewables pacesetter Iberdrola and the French supermajor have formed a consortium with Norsk Havvind, a local Norwegian wind developer, to enter the round, which seeks to spur a 4.5GW build in two designated areas off the country.
