PGE's major Biglow wind project on schedule, on budget

Oregon utility Portland General Electric (PGE) says phase two of its major Biglow Canyon Wind Farm, slated to become one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest, is on schedule and on budget, with 12 turbines out of a planned 65 complete and generating power.
