Pattern Energy to acquire large New Mexico wind farm

Yieldco Pattern Energy has made a commitment to pay $269m to acquire interests in the 324MW Broadview wind project and associated independent 35-mile-long 345kV Western Interconnect transmission line from parent Pattern Development.
