Pattern Energy adds 147MW wind capacity to yieldco portfolio

Yieldco Pattern Energy has closed the acquisition of 147MW of operating capacity in the 182MW Panhandle 2 Wind Facility in Texas from parent company Pattern Development for $123.8m in cash consideration.
