Orsted hopes to build one of the world’s largest offshore wind farms by deploying 3.9GW in the seas off Vietnam using 20MW turbines, according to reports from the Southeast Asian nation.
The Denmark-based global offshore wind giant has set out plans to spend up to $13.6bn on the three-stage project off the city of Hai Phong, according to Vietnamese news agency VNA.
