Danish utility Orsted has completed the divestment of 25% of its giant 1.1GW Ocean Wind project, one of the largest offshore wind developments in the US, to New Jersey’s Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG).
Orsted didn’t disclose what the value of the part-sale, but late last year had said PSGE’s contribution will include both a conventional and tax equity investment in the project.
